Fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra reportedly wrote on his Twitter feed to explain to his supporters about the recent conflict between Red-shirt leader Jatuporn Promphan and Gen Panlop Pinmanee that, “Please tell everyone not to be alarmed over such reports. It may be just stress of working people who may feel jumpy with the news, especially by those that always want to attack us,”     

Thaksin also informed his fans about his current location, “I’m still in Dubai until Feb 13 and then I will travel to Uganda for a business trip”.
