First shot fired injuring 2 soldiers of the first regiment on Vibhavadi Rangsit road

The first gun shot was fired in the ongoing protest of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) with 2 soldiers being injured at Army’s division 1 regiment.
No further details were available but it is suspected that a m-79 grenade was fired which injured 2 soldiers at the division that is located on Vibhadi Rangsit road.
Col Sansern Kaewkamnerd the spokesman for the army accepted that the incident took pace and that it was around the Channel 11 television station.
He added that the incident may have taken place from a truck that may have run past the area and fired, as there were 4 shots heard.
He further said that the 2 soldiers who were injured are being treated in hospital.
