Pre-Built Plc (PREB)’s revealed that this year PREB expects total revenue to rise in double digit as demand for its services rise thanks to the surge in its backlogs.

PREB’s Managing Director Wirot Charoentra said that its revenues this year is likely to reach 1.8 billion Baht or a growth of 10% from last year that saw 1.65 billion Baht. He said this year it is going to book revenue from the rest of its backlog, which is worth around 1.6 billion Baht, while new jobs are going to be booked revenue within this year too.

Currently, the company has bid for a big job. It is a condominium construction for “Villa Asoke” Condominium of TCC Capital Land, which is worth around 1 billion Baht.

He said it is highly possible that PREB would get this job because PREB is one of the three companies that have been selected to win the auction. Besides, the company had once worked for TCC Capital Land before. The result of the bid will be known within April this year.

Mr. Wirot also said to the two projects opened this year, worth 700 million Baht, that they are under preparation and the company is estimating the country’s political situation before announcing certain schedule for the projects.

He said his company aims to open those by the second half of this year, if it is possible. The projects still use the brand named “The Tempo” and focus on central areas of Bangkok after it has been successful from The Tempo Ruamrudee Project.
